it’s cuz’ he’s using Astra theme…if you need same options just install FREE Astra theme

A few things didn’t track here in October 2022. When adding menu items to the Primary Menu, the checkboxes for Primary Menu and Secondary Menu are unchecked by default, so you need to check them. The Astra theme seems to now not show the sidebar by default.
